James R. Harris studied building construction at Texas A&M University, and opened his first construction company in 1983. He has been actively involved in the construction industry as an independent contractor for almost 40 years and as an independent project manager/consultant for 15 years. He has been involved in the construction of structures ranging from single family housing to military barracks, shopping centers, restaurants, hospitals, and even explosive storage facilities. Our company is very familiar with contracts, complicated specifications and plans, submittals, and pay applications. With extensive field experience as well as administrative experience to handle all of your projects.
